what do I do in an emergency?

We get it. Sometimes things come up unexpectedly and you’re stuck without a ride home. Maybe you’ve had a personal or family emergency, or you have to work late unexpectedly and you’ve missed your vanpool, carpool or public transportation.

If you’re one of the smart travelers already getting to work in a carpool, vanpool, on a bus or train, or if you bike or walk at least 2x a week, then we’ll reimburse you for a taxi ride or rental car home up to four times per year. Or maybe you’re an employer who wants to make this great benefit available to its employees.
